BACKSTAGE GUARDIANS

In Site Education provides experienced backstage guardians to work with child actors in theatrical productions.  These guardians:

• Supervise the children during studio rehearsals, technical rehearsals, and performances

• Guide the children in all aspects of the theatrical process, including preparing for entrances, understanding backstage etiquette, caring for their costumes, and ensuring (if necessary) that vocal and physical warm-ups are conducted

• Liaise with stage management, company management, tutors, and parents to address any concerns that may relate to the children's health, safety, or well-being

• Ensure that the child actors have successful experiences in their professional endeavors
